After experiencing repeated finish deterioration and inconsistent infrared response from several decorative sensor faucet brands, we upgraded to the Valence faucet across luxury hospitality restroom renovations completed between 2023 and 2025. The Valence model delivered a much stronger balance between aesthetics and commercial-grade reliability. Sensor activation remained accurate during continuous daily operation, and the digital infrared control system maintained stable shutoff timing without frequent recalibration. The body construction feels substantial, and the rose gold finish adds both design value and better resistance to visible wear in demanding environments. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. Support was another strength.
